Product Processing Information:

• Shipping method cutoff times during the last 7-10 days before major holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Chanukah, Christmas) may differ from our regular cutoff days and times.

• For personalized gifts, add three additional business days for processing for most personalized products.  

Shipping Details:

• Last-Minute Gifts: Items from our Last-Minute Gifts collection will ship the same day if ordered on a weekday by 9pm ET, Monday–Friday. Just select 2 Business Day Service (for arrival in two business days) or Next Business Day Service (for arrival next business day). All other orders require one to two business days to process before shipping.

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.

• Perishable gifts may have restrictions on shipping method.

• Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.)

• Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class delivery.
• If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
